Fine Wires

Our fine wires appear everywhere where tight specifications are required. They are used in  nano-and micro-technologys as well as in applications in the medical field.

We have the ability to combine several methods together. This makes us the ideal partner to develop new products or production prototypes to be ready to start. But we also have the capacity to deliver larger quantities after approval. The micro wires are available in many variations. We are happy to adapt our products to your needs. Many years of experience in various technologies enable us to find appropriate solutions for you. With the help of our experienced electroplating facility, we can apply single layer and multilayer coatings, thereby affecting the electrical resistance or chemical resistance.

Product Overview

Round Bare Wires

Diameter: 0.8mm – 0.007mm / 0.0315″ – 0.000276″

Our products are manufactured according to international standards or customer specifications. The specification included parameters are: diameter, resistance, tensile straight, elongation, hardness, roundness, straightness, etc. Further specifications are possible.

Flat Wires and Ribbons

Dimensions: thickness 0.3mm – 0.005mm / 0.0118″ – 0.0002″, width 2.5mm – 0.05mm / 0.098″ – 0.002″

Flat wires and ribbons can be found in many different applications. The best known are probably products like the spiral of a thermometer, shielded cables, sliding contacts. We can produce ribbons with a dimension ratio of 20:1 width to thickness. Besides the dimensions, the specification of the electrical resistance, and breaking load, elongation, hardness, etc. include saber effect are standard. Of course, we also offer customized solutions.

Electroplated Wires

Metals: Gold, Nickel, Platin, Silver, Zin

Our products are manufactured according to international standards or customer specifications. The specification included parameters are: diameter, resistance, tensile straight, elongation, hardness, roundness, straightness, etc. Further specifications are possible.

Insulated Wires

Today insulated wires find there use in many products. We focus on technically demanding specialties that are hard to find on the market. Our electrical insulation fulfill electrical needs as well as medical. They are  used when conventional coatings come to their limits and when your specification is to demanding. That’s exactly where our products fit in. As with the wires themselves, we can combine our isolations almost endless. It is irrelevant whether it is “simple” copper wire, multi-coated biocompatible wire or special alloys. We can insulate wires and tapes as well.
